• Routine inspection reports;
• Managing rental arrears;
• Organising repairs & maintenance;
• Lease renegotiation fee;
• Periodic inspection fee; &
• Market appraisals.

Letting Fee - One weeks rent plus GST, this includes:

• Open homes;
• Finding suitable tenant;
• Provide keys; &
• Processing all necessary documentation including application forms, tenancy agreement, entry condition reports & inventories.
